    The journal that is publishing a recent article of mine offers free access to anyone at the link below for 30 days. Given that many of those on this forum may still have team members working at home or at off site locations, I thought I would share access to any interested at the hotlink below. The article offers tips and ideas about managing people who are not working in a face-to-face situation.
