The Collection Managers Committee of the Texas Association of Museums is working to publish the 4th edition of the Museum Forms Book. Editions published in 1980, 1990 and 1998 included forms from over 300 museums throughout the world. We need your help! Do you have great forms that you use for operations including: registration, curation, conservation, education, exhibits, fundraising, library-archival, rights and reproductions, security-facilities, visitor services, volunteer management, and more? We'd love to include them in the new edition. Please send your forms to collectionmanagers.tam@gmail.com. When you do, please include the attached permission to publish form. Thank you in advance for all of your help. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. We are hoping to publish the book in the coming year.
