    Good Morning  -

We are in the process of translating our current museum guide into several languages for guests to be able to use while visiting the museum. We anticipate general wear and tear but are hoping to use a stronger substrate of sorts so that we can disinfect them and have them for longer than simply a paper printed guide. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that does something along these lines? Our local printers are great but the substrate element is creating a challenge.

Feel free to email me directly: jjordan@collegeofphysicians.org

    Thank you!

    Hi Julia,
How many pages is each version of the guide? Perhaps they can be laminated. Or, look into a waterproof menu substrate. Here is a link to waterproof menus on Smartpress. This is a division of a company that I worked for until layoffs occurred this past spring because of the pandemic. I can attest to their high quality of products and service. You can also contact a representative to help you choose the best substrate and format for your project by clicking the custom quote button or choosing the contact us link.

    Best of luck!

Hi Julia, have you considered doing this online instead of on paper or a substrate?  A simple app or just mobile friendly pages on your web site would save you money and time in the long run.  Your web developer can probably do this pretty easily but if you need guidance feel free to connect.
