Greetings all,
We have new legal counsel who has asked what kinds of situations might arise in a museum exhibition loan contract that could lead to mediation or arbitration. we are working on a contract with a European institution that has this clause. They are of course concerned about the risk.
Does anyone have experience with this situation? And is there a recommendation for an insurance company that might offer coverage for this situation?
