We have been using Past Perfect for our member database. Does anyone have recommendations for a more user-friendly membership software for a smaller institution?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Carmen,

Here at the Center they use a software called Razer's Edge (SP). It allows you to track members as well as note any conversations/ communication you have with members/ donors. We've used it for years and it has worked very well for us.

    Cheers,

    Bonnie

Raiser's Edge is a Customer Relationship Management program that is used by many larger museums for fund-raising and membership.   If you just want to track your members and send out renewals, one database that is pretty easy to use and relatively inexpensive is FileMakerPro.   Wild Apricot is a membership management system used by many associations (like the Museum Association of Arizona) and includes website and event registration as well.

Daruma Tech is a Software Developer that services museums and other business verticals.. They have a data base solution with a easy to use portal that is used to manage members for organizations, associations and guilds in a variety of verticals that is inexpensive and scalable.
