Hello everyone,
We are putting together a project
to digitize 300+ hours of concert
film captured on Beta and U-matic..
there appears to be no generally-accepted
archival protocols for this process. Questions:
1) has anybody done this AV digitization
process to industry standards, and can you
share with us you procedures?, and/or,
2) We need to create a metadata standard
for the digitizations, which list the
performer(s), dates/years, songs, etc/
Does anybody have metadata formats
for concert film to AV digitization that they
likewise might be able to share?
