    What are different organizations doing in terms of audio guide device rentals? Are you planning to continue renting them with new cleaning protocols? Switch to mobile? Pause your device rental offerings for the time being?

    We have always LOANED them at no charge AND offered downloads for visitors to use their own devices.  We will expand the latter, but still offer the loaned devices (ipads) with increased, expanded vigilant sanitizing.  We are converting all of our paper/published guides, etc. to digital for download.

    We are assuming that the majority of visitors will not want to use loaned devices, but our 19thc. masonry also makes wifi spotty, so the success of all of this remains to be seen.  I expect we will not re-open for at least a couple of months and have not received clearance from our governor or our parent institution.
