We are a start up museum with currently limited funding. We have selected APLOS as our financial software, and intend to purchase PastPerfect primarily for our collections when the web-based version debuts, hopefully by year's end. As a soon-to-be membership-based organization, we are shopping for a web-based sign up platform (currently NeonCRM) that would "integrate" with APLOS. It appears that the only choice here is to export to an intermediate spreadsheet for importation into APLOS. While this should be workable, it still leaves total coordination at risk.
Any insight into this problem in general, or alternative platforms in a similar price range would be most appreciated.
