UPDATE: In case anyone is looking for something similar, I contacted the University of Central Florida's professional development center and they had a few lecturers available. It ended up being a 4-hour class and cost $3500. All of our staff felt that it was very helpful and really enjoyed the session. It was a mix of lecture and hands-on. They offer virtual/in-person.
