Open Forum

My historical society is embarking on a joint project with a local Hmong cultural association. Both of us are 501(c)3 non-profits, with missions that compliment each other. My question is, has anyone else done something like this, and how did you formalize any understandings? It would be very helpful to see any contracts or memorandum of understanding created to establish partnerships between cultural organizations working together.
