My name is Leana Cianfoni and I am Director of Development at HistoryMiami Museum. I was looking through AAM's sample documents/resource library and could not locate a job description for grant writing. The model we currently have is a full-time position. I was curious as to what works at your shop and what are your recommendations on models that work?
