This looks like a commercial product so I would contact the shipbuilders: Huntington Ingalls/Newport News Shipbuilding. Lot's of good information here.
https://www.thefordclass.com/The interactive itself is very simple, but the drawing would require tremendous effort so I suspect it is from a commercial entity, most likely the above if this is based on a modern carrier. If you had the base drawing, the interactive could be easily reproduced.

Good morning all,
A bit of a shot in the dark, but a few years ago, I saw an interactive at an Expo (Chicago 2018) that was a digital cutaway view of an aircraft carrier that had hot spots to play videos and learn more about the different sections.
I can't seem to find this online or through a vendor at the moment, but was wondering if anyone saw this or knows of something similar.
