The Neill-Cochran House Museum has just hired our first development director and we feel that now is an appropriate moment to bring our various systems under a single umbrella.

We would love advice and perspective on CRM platforms particularly suited for smaller organizations. So many of the options are high cost relative to our size (currently under $300K operating budget). We are growing, and would like to invest in a system that will grow with us, because we don't want to port the data more than once if we can avoid it.

    Thank you very much,
    Rowena

I recommend that you look into the Sales Force for Non-Profits tool.   We moved to it and have been very pleased with cost and versatility.
