You could install a kiosk screen and then use powerpoint and have it flip through! The upfront cost would be the screen, but updating would be easy.

We actually just installed a monitor that has logos/names for our donors
over $1,000. We just have a flash drive with the power point on there that
automatically flips through the slides. It is so easy to update.
