I follow the Leadership Matters blog published by Joan Baldwin & team. I generally agree wholeheartedly with the content.
HOWEVER, Ms. Baldwin states in a recent post the 'words' in the title of my piece above at the very same time as asserting board members display "an epic level of misunderstanding about a board's role" and act "tyrannically."

I must disagree strongly with Ms. Baldwin on this single point .
