Hi there, do you condition report 3d/2d objects using an iPad? I have created an Adobe fillable form that I would like to implement but have some hesitation. I'd like to hear what other institutions are doing for digital condition reports before I introduce this to other staff. Additionally, if you have any resources for this subject (conference powerpoint? an article? or your actual form?), feel post/email that too!

I would be very interested in hearing what others are doing for digital condition reporting as well.

Michael - I would love to see your form, if you are willing to share.

    Hi Michael,

At the 2017 ARCS Conference in Vancouver there was a short session about it:

Condition Reports: There's an App for That! Or Ten.

Personally I like PDF Expert for condition reporting, uploading and working on a template form.
I also use Skitch, a very basic photo editor that allows me to make notes and drawings on the fly directly on photo on iPhone and iPad.

    Hope that this helps!

I cannot access the site you posted without joining and getting  a password. Is there another way to view the conference info you suggest ?

    Hi there,
Just as a note: Filemaker (and the iPad app) work very well for this precise exercise... I recently worked with my students to create a basic condition report layout, integrating both text and photo. The ability to import photo documentation directly into records inside quadrant layouts and fields was/is invaluable. Big supporter of using mobile devices for this, especially when you can use a networked cms.

Do you know of programs that work on Android tablets?
