Hello everyone,
I'm working with a non-museum non-profit on an exhibition that is designed to travel (13 panels on gatorboard, framed; about 5 related objects, and a non-tech interactive). Neither of us has experience with contracts/agreements for borrowing exhibitions/traveling exhibitions.  Would appreciate if someone could send me a sample agreement that we could use as a template to develop our own.

The best source of information on developing and managing traveling exhibits (the book's subtitle) is On the Road Again by Rebecca Buck and Jean Gilmore.    Sadly it is out of print, but there are several used copies available through Amazon.   It has everything you are looking for - and more!
