The survey should take 5–7 minutes, is mobile ready (though it looks better on a computer), and is completely anonymous.
There are no open-ended questions and you will not be asked to provide specific numbers, just your overall sense of how you shipped objects in your collection between September 2018 and August 2019.
If you start the survey but cannot finish it, the system will remember where you stopped and you can revisit it at any time.
The survey will be live until November 15, 2019.
The goal of this is to analyze how we ship across our sector at large – and to see what we can learn from our friends in different types of organizations. Ultimately I hope to identify best practices to minimize the financial burden of shipping. The conclusions from the survey will be available later this year.
