We are a park museum moving toward a contracted reservation system. If you use a third party reservation system, what kinds of issues have you had? For example, how often do they direct calls to you for questions they can't answer?
Does your institution require a full or partial payment at the time reservation is made? Or is payment at a time before the visit, the day of or something else?
Do you have a cancellation fee? If so, when does it kick in? Is it a flat fee or a percent of the admission?
Do you offer refunds for overestimation of group numbers?
