Open Forum

We're looking for feedback on what Email Marketing software (ex. Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Benchmark, etc.) you'd recommend/not recommend and why. We understand that to some extent, the answer to this question involves brand loyalty and personal preference.  

Science Central currently uses Constant Contact and it's time to renew.  Our two primary complains about Constant Contact are the lack of a search bar in the admin console (so we can't search our sent emails) and that it's not the easiest to use for some non-techie staff. Is there a better/cheaper/easier to use service out there?  Multiple staff from multiple departments use this software and they have a wide range of technical skills.  Therefore, the more intuitive the user interface, the better.
