Our museum is currently reinterpreting a historic home on our property. As the manager of our interpretive team, I am trying to find a way to capture the most frequently asked questions on a digital platform to 1) assess how our audience is engaging with the home and 2) shape potential training that is most relevant for visitors.
Do you have a recommended website or wiki that is very user-friendly (our VSAs range in comfortability with technology) and allows for unlimited submissions/voting on submissions to rank questions?
I recently signed up for IdeaScale but am unsure whether it willow members to vote multiple times for a submitted idea/question.
