    Hello everyone,

My boss recently asked me for a social media report. I have some informal documents laying out my goals for social media so I can figure out what metrics best show whether I'm meeting those goals, but I'm also interested to hear from others about how you define and measure "success" on social media. So does anyone want to share this and the metrics they report on, or share a sample report template? (I'll most likely end up creating my own template and doing reports at regular intervals.)

We use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, so I'm most interested in metrics on those platforms.

    Thanks,
    Cara
