    We understand the importance of excellent visitor experiences and are dedicated to the idea of creating a Visitor Experience Manager to oversee all aspects of visitor services which includes our security staff who also function in a visitor service role. Is it possible for each of you to share your position descriptions? We are also curious as to how your positions interact with curatorial, education, etc. We believe the training and oversight is vital to the success of an excellent visitor experience and for our visitor service/security guards.
