Thank you Lynda and Catherine for your responses to the Program Plan inquiry. I will look into the Holocaust and also agree Catherine that the point and tell is not the answer to engage our audiences. I am still in the throes of trying to finish a plan – with recommendations for "doing things differently" to engage with audiences. To date I have not come up with a lot: trying non guided tours / letting others run festivals on our site (they take the risk) / encourage more filming / mobile apps / more evaluation etc.
