Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is currently making the transition to Altru for many of our systems included tour reservations. We are curious if anyone has reservation template forms including confirmation template forms they would be willing to share to help inform our current process.

Hi Mark, 

Our museum, The Wild Center, uses Altru for everything and we would be happy to share. Please email Patrick Murphy, our group programs coordinator - pmurphy@wildcenter.org. He does all our reservations for groups and schools and knows the Altru system.

The Transit Museum also uses Altru and we'd be happy to send you reservation templates. You can email our reservations coordinator Carolyn Hart at carolyn.hart@nyct.com for some examples of what we use. Happy to discuss further if you'd like to learn a bit more about how we use Altru for school reservations. My contact info is below.
