    Hello everyone,

I facilitate the New York City Museum Educators' Roundtable Early Childhood Peer Group, planning monthly meetings for colleagues to exchange ideas about audience development, pedagogy, professional development and programs for our youngest visitors and their families.
We are considering a session that explores current trends in family program evaluation, primarily those that are single-session.

What is your existing framework for family program evaluation? (however new/established/successful/challenging it may be)
What tools do you use to capture the learning that takes place in a one-time family program?
How do you translate anecdotal evidence into quantifiable data that will satisfy evaluation needs of management/funders?

Thank you for your comments and input on any/all of the above.

I do not have anything to add, but I am interested in what others may reply.

    Thanks!
