  • 1.  Salary Survey - frontline positions

    Good afternoon - 

    We have the 2014 AAM Salary survey but are hard pressed to find information on average pay rates from frontline positions such as guest service representatives, gift shop associates, and group tour sales/scheduling associates.

    Any recommendations?

    Because these positions are filled with local candidates I use Labor Market Information from the Texas Workforce Commission.  Check with your state's agency or do an internet search "Labor Market Information Tennessee".

    Ask guest relations managers. I do not know of a single employee at that level who is an AAM member.
