    I highly recommend Andrew Andoniadis. He replied with information on valuable publications. I had the opportunity to work with him; he provided valuable advice as a consultant to the IL State Museum in Springfield regarding museum stores at two facilities.

    You will want to get the Museum Retailing handbook by Andrew Andoniadis.

    He has a website with some of his articles posted too.
