Hi All,
When organizing an solo artist exhibition with much of the art work coming from a single gallery, in addition to the loan forms, would you be inclined to draft a secondary exhibition agreement directly with the gallery? We are curating the exhibition internally with other works sourced from other private lenders, but I am wondering when an exhibition agreement is needed in addition to the expected loan forms.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciate.
