Hello Everyone -
I was wondering if anyone out there had looked into or currently use any methods or tools for helping staff properly record time to grants where their salary is part of a cost share. Many of our grants intersect with the everyday work of the Museum and some of the staff find it difficult to define functions into time allotments, causing frustration and delays when time sheets are due. The Museum uses a web-based time keeping system that allows staff to code time by quarter hour allotments, with the project/accounting codes for the grants loaded directly into the system.
