Does anyone have materials such as a handbook or written policies that address volunteer and docent training? Do you have methods for evaluating your volunteer performance? We have a strong and enthusiastic core of docent volunteers that give tours for visitors. We now need more formal structures. I would appreciate anything you can forward or advise.
