  • 1.  Workshops for Corporate Groups

    Hi all-
We are exploring the idea of offering workshops to professionals, and groups from businesses looking for either CEU credits or general "creativity at work" or team-building kinds of opportunities.  For those of you at museums and institutions that are currently offering this kind of thing, I just wanted to ask what your experience has been like. What kind of format do you use (more lecture/talk or more workshop)?  What kinds of groups have you served?  And what has the demand been?

Many thanks in advance for any input!

The good folks at the Art Institute of Chicago shared their experiences in an article in Journal of Museum Education, spring 2011 (vol 36, no. 1): American Business Meets American Gothic by Brendan Sullivan and Annie Morse
