    A new platform paper, A Call for Gender Equity in the Museum Workplace, is available at the Leadership Matters blog.  Developed by the presenters of the 2016 AAM Annual Meeting Session, What We Talk About When (Don't) Talk About Women, the paper offers a variety of actions individuals, museums, and professional associations can take toward advancing equity for all women who work and volunteer in museums.
