I'm curious about how other art museums state their student and adult tour goals or objectives, and if you differentiate audiences even further. I'd also like to know how you describe the elements of effective tours for each group. Lastly, if you have an evaluation rubric that assesses your docents (can be a self-evaluation tool), I'd be very grateful to see that as well.
