Our institution is soon to conduct an evaluation study of
NGSS Demystified, a free, online toolkit we published online for providers of teacher professional development, such as other science museums that support teachers, schools, and districts in transitioning to the Next Generation Science Standards.
In essence, the website features 9
PD activities that we run at the Academy, complete with full activity write-ups, powerpoints, worksheets, facilitator tips, and even a short video describing the purpose of each short activity.
If your museum, aquarium, or science center is using this toolkit, we'd love to receive any feedback!
