  • 1.  Looking for data: if studying history affects learning

    Posted 09-22-2016 03:25 PM

Hello all! We're writing a grant for our history museum. In it we're wanting to include data on the affects of learning when studying history - if there is such data. We all know participating in the arts affects peoples' ability to learn. But is there such data to support if studying history affects learning as well?

If you could share sources/ideas/places to look we would appreciate it!

    Thanks!

Maybe some of these sources will be helpful to you.

I have not read the last one, but a member of our staff sent me a summary, and it sounds like there be some "good stuff" in there.

It would be great to have a study on history museum visits like the one that came from Crystal Bridges for art!
