- Since this is our pilot year we are limiting our sample size to test out the program.
- Mentorships are 6 months long starting July 1, with the opportunity to extend 6 months if agreed upon by the mentor/mentee.
- Mentors and mentees agree to meet virtually, in-person, or by phone at least once a month. Each pair will determine a mutually acceptable schedule.
- Online orientation webinars (30 minutes long, max.) will be offered (Mentors and Mentees separately); check-ins every 3 months via conference call or Google Hangout (30 minutes) (again, separately)
- Check-ins by Committee members with pairs every 2 months.
