Thanks to those who have taken the plunge and introduced yourself to the community and added pictures to your profile. I noticed a lot of gray silhouettes and want to encourage everyone to enhance your profile by adding a picture.
How do I upload my picture? Once you picked out your favorite photo (e.g. headshot, selfie), click on the "Profile" link and locate the gear icon above the gray silhouette. Click on "change picture" and use the "Browse" button to select your file and click the "upload" button below.
If you have a picture with your LinkedIn profile, just follow the steps under "Grab Profile Info LinkedIn"
What are the advantages? It helps people put a face with your name when you communicate with people, makes your profile friendlier so people can reach out, and allows you to find each other more easily at events.
