Given the tough time of year (Memorial Day weekend) for next year's annual event, it's been harder than usual to find presenters.
I've got my session up and am hoping to connect with museum folks who have experience with web/app/mobile development projects and can weigh in on content strategies. Here's the executive summary to get things started:
Build a Tactical Digital Content Strategy Roadmap
You curate a lot of content for your digital offerings, but does it have purpose? Does it help meet strategic goals, encourage visitor engagement, or provide what you need to best showcase your exhibits and institution?
Top content strategists lead this workshop to show you how to create a content strategy that works.
- Discover how to:
Wade through perceptions of what content is *important* and what's VITAL
- ENGAGE content leaders in the clean-up process
- Develop a WORKABLE strategy to keep future content fresh
Through small group exercises, learn to break down content strategy into its parts, build from the information you may already have, and incorporate tactics and processes to make your digital communications successful.
Please reach out if you think you're a good fit (or know someone who is!).
