Our education department is in the process of developing an education plan. I have pulled helpful guides from the AAM library and education plans from various sites in the National Park Service
What are the main components in your education plan that are important to include?
The subheadings I have so far are:
Introduction (including education mission statement, goals); Background Information; Existing Programs and Staff; Desired Outcomes; Recommendations and Outcomes; Three-Year Action Plan
Please share any other areas or frameworks that might be helpful or other guides that can address creating plans and policies.
