Hello,
I currently serve as a member of a Board of Trustees as well as a docent for the Burchfield Penney Art Center in Buffalo, N.Y. Our new Board chair has charged me with reviving the Education Committee of the Board. I am looking for any advice on how to structure this committee, as well as any tips on initial goals. We are affiliated with a college here, but are a separate 501C3. Our docent cadre is very active and we serve hundreds of school groups through tours of the current exhibits. Any advice or comments? Would the term "Community Engagement" be a better title for this group? Thank you
