I've been using Teamwork.com. It's been beneficial, allowing communications to be in one place, but still allow for users (even contractors) to respond via their own personal email accounts. Has risks, tasks, milestones, calendar, files, links, mobile features and they also offer a chat feature. Was extremely helpful for my last major project, didn't have to worry about overlooking an email or notifying everyone on the project. File versioning was the best part, because it prevented miscommunication with contractors and content writers. It could easily be said that you could utilize those features with Microsoft Outlook, but that only works if everyone you're working with has those tools. A web based program allows everyone, no matter their platform easy accessibility no matter where they are.
Good Luck,
Rochelle

Subject: Project Management Software for exhibition planning
Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone is using a project management software that is adequately handling their needs for exhibition planning?
We are using a few different means here and are looking to get everyone together on one platform that we can create some usage guidelines and best practices around.
Grateful for any recommendations.
Best,
Derek
