• May 13: The Self-Aware Museum Leader

• May 20: Aligning Leadership with Organizational and Career Goals

Each live webcast will take place on Wednesdays, 2-3:30 p.m. ET. Each local webinar "watch and talk" event includes 30 minutes of check-in and networking prior to the live webcast and 60 minutes of group discussion after the live webcast. While the series is primarily focused on paid museum staff, I think docents and volunteers would benefit from parts of the program, since we discuss leadership at all levels from an individual and institutional perspective.
