Dear colleagues,
Can anyone suggest to me a simple evaluation survey form(at) for an exhibition on "The Life and Times of Late Ado Bayero". The exhibition is supposed to be part of the one year commemoration remembrance of one of the very significant traditional rulers of Kano ancient city of northern Nigeria. Our expected audience cut across wide range of publics, communities and societies. The main objective of the exhibition is commemorate, highlight and encourage the emulation of the traditional, social and community values that the late king represented.
