Literature/tools about exhibitions process

    I'm curious about any literature or tools out there about the process of exhibit development, from idea generation through decision making and implementation. I have read everything available through the AAM website. Other aspects are how different institutions break down the process into tasks for different staff members as well as how the system is managed.
