Hi AAM Community, 

I thought that this playbook would be timely for so many of us planning for 2022. Exhibitions are the hook to get new visitors through the door as we prepare for borders opening up globally.

It's an easy read and has a lot of data informed ways to measure success for your exhibitions. I love the sections on pre-planning the launch, managing during the exhibition and evaluation after the fact - there are easy to action metrics which you can measure.
