We just released the 2022 edition of our Digital Customer Experience Report. While the report focuses on zoos and aquariums, it provides a benchmark for any family-friendly attraction looking to see how industry leaders stack up in digital customer experience and marketing efforts.
We conducted a digital assessment of 57 U.S.-based family-friendly attractions and ranked them based on their website, social media, and brand presence. As part of this assessment, we uncovered several insights that could apply to cultural attractions like Museums. For example, 32% are still not correctly optimizing the mobile ticket purchasing process they provide, an area that has become vital to get right over the last two years.
