I'm reaching out wanting to know if anyone in this community has looked into and/or purchased environmental monitors from the
YoSmart company. I'd also be willing to hear anecdotal information about community-adjacent folks' research/purchasing of these monitors. My university's Head of Biology Labs uses this system to monitor their freezers and gave a glowing review; but, I wanted to ask folks in this field if they have any experience with them. I know that these are relatively new technology from a small company.
Museum staff and partners across campus (Special Collections, Archives, facilities, LTS) have been in conversation about technologies that can work across our departments and with campus technology infrastructure. I was hoping to reach out before my museum and other campus partners advanced any further conversation.
