My full time staff of 5 requested that we explore an Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy. My staff and I took the proposal through the 5 c's by Brene Brown and came to an agreement to propose it to our Internal Affairs Committee and ultimately the full board. In the meantime, we are gathering more data to further support our proposal. I am seeking nonprofit Unlimited Paid Time Off Policies that are already being implemented. I am also seeking stories and stats about that implementation. If you have such policies, stories, or stats I would be most grateful if you would share.
