    The Curatorial Studies program at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada announces a one-week Summer Institute in Museum Studies to take place August 21-25, 2023. For more information on the program and enrollment, click this link: https://carleton.ca/curatorial-studies/the-summer-institute/
    Topics for discussion will include access, repatriation/rematriation, decolonization, leadership, and difficult histories, with leading expertise provided by a different guest contributor each day. The day will follow a workshop format and will include a lecture, discussion, and guided site visit or tour. A bibliography relevant to the topics covered will be circulated ahead of the Summer Institute. This one-week course will close with a presentation and discussion session led by participants.
